GRAPHIC/WEB DESIGNER

 

ROI-ON Marketing is searching for a Graphic Designer with digital and traditional design experience to work with our existing and new small business clients. You will be the main liaison with our project manager to learn all specifications of each project including client design tastes, job requirements, deadlines and budget adherence. As the main producer for each account, you will have the freedom to use your creativity to generate marketing materials to help tell our client’s stories using websites, print, social media, video, email and more. We are customer service obsessed at ROI-ON Marketing which is the key to our success.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Deliver projects on-time and within budget with minimal revisions
  • Being project manager’s point of contact for deliverables
  • Providing ongoing reports on project progress utilizing our project management software
  • Creating, managing, monitoring and maintaining websites using the following platforms:
    • Wordpress
    • Wix
    • Shopify
  • Creating effective email marketing campaigns in the following platforms:
    • Mailchimp
    • Constant Contact
  • Designing web and print graphics using Adobe including:
    • Postcards
    • Posters
    • Billboards
    • Business cards
    • Signs
    • Online and print advertisements
    • catalogs/brochures 
  • Assisting our sales and project management team in maintaining 95% customer satisfaction rating and 75% year-to-year client retention rating
  • Document scope of work for each client
  • Document and update all project steps for our employee playbook
  • Resourceful
  • PROBLEM SOLVING!

 

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Wordpress Web design including Woocommerce
  • Wix Web design
  • Shopify web design
  • Full understanding and utilization of Adobe design software
  • Customer service obsessed
  • Strong organizational/time management skills
  • Excellent communicator/collaborator
  • Led projects from conception to closure
  • Ability to quickly and independently solve problems as they arise
  • Understanding of buyer behavior
  • Eye for detail
  • Full understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
